Let's get to know you!
The first step is to arrange an initial call or video call so we can ask you about your business, your customers and what you want to achieve from your marketing.
At this stage in the process, it’s useful to have handy: Details on your typical customer, what marketing activities you are currently doing (if any), how much an average client is worth to your business.
If we feel we can truly add value to your business with our expertise, we’ll continue to step 2.
Step 2:
Proposal
What we know will work for you...
Whilst marketing comes with very little in the way of guarantees, our years of experience give us a feel for the activities that will work best for each client and the likely results we can expect to achieve.
Your proposal will contain the plan of action, how it will all work together to achieve your goals and your investment in the project.
We would love to run through this with you either in-person, over the phone or over video call, so we can explain the details and answer any queries.

If everything looks good to you, simply sign the proposal digitally and set up your payments online (we use GoCardless), or send us a PO number for invoicing.
There’ll be certain things we require from you (outlined in your proposal). Once we receive these, we’ll get started setting up your campaigns.

Strategies are not something that should be set in stone, so we will work with you to review progress, results and plan for improvements each and every month.
We are happy to meet virtually or over the phone each month to review progress, answer and questions and suggest new ideas to maximise your campaign’s results.
